As the Creative Director and OCBC as my client, I led a team in developing and executing multiple end-to-end campaigns, including responsive microsites, captivating landing pages, and engaging ad campaigns. Our goal was to showcase various banking product offerings, introduce seamless mobile app walkthrough installations, and launch exciting Chinese New Year (CNY) offers and 1FA initiatives.

Challenge_

Balancing the dynamic banking landscape with innovative design solutions required a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends. Implementing the 5 Ws of marketing (Who, What, Where, When, Why) was crucial in ensuring our campaigns resonated with our target audience.

Approach_

I spearheaded the strategy development, focusing on creating impactful campaigns that not only showcased the products but also told a compelling story. Successful client coordination was key, ensuring that our creative vision aligned with the client's objectives.

Solution_

Leveraging Adobe's creative suite and HTML5, we crafted visually stunning campaigns that brought our ideas to life. From interactive microsites to captivating ad campaigns, each piece was meticulously designed to engage and inspire our audience.

Results_

Our campaigns garnered positive feedback from both clients and consumers, leading to increased brand awareness and customer engagement. The mobile app walkthrough installations saw a significant uptick in user adoption, while the CNY offer launches and IFA initiatives were well-received in the market.

1FA Campaign Collaterals_

Spearheaded the design of campaign collaterals to promote 1FA, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying the message of enhanced security.

Promotion of Pay Anyone Feature with INB Banner Campaign_

Directed the promotion of the Pay Anyone feature through an INB banner campaign, focusing on driving user engagement and highlighting the convenience of the feature.

MSA Pinball Machine

Players would have embarked on an exhilarating journey through the MSA Pinball Machine, playing their way to discover all the awesome prizes that awaited them.

Digital Advantage Demo

I planned, directed, created, and animated the Digital Advantage Demo, designed to be displayed as an in-store interactive installation.

Key Features_

Our campaigns focused on storytelling, using whimsical elements to create a sense of wonder and excitement. Each campaign was tailored to highlight the unique features of the banking products, making them more relatable and appealing to our audience.

Technologies Used_

Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, and dynamic presentations were instrumental in bringing our ideas to life and presenting them in a visually compelling manner.
