SMARTSIGN is a digital signature solution that simplifies and streamlines the process of obtaining signatures and certifications for online documents. By integrating with Singpass and other platforms, SMARTSIGN enhances efficiency, reduces errors and delays, and promotes sustainability by reducing paper usage.
Situation_
The digital transformation landscape in 2019 and 2020 witnessed a significant increase in the use of online documents that required verification and validation. However, the process of obtaining signatures and certifications for these documents was often cumbersome and prone to delays and errors, especially in processes like Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and disclosures.
Managing signatures and digital certificates for online documents is a time-consuming and error-prone process for us. We need a solution that could simplify this process and ensure compliance without compromising security.
Action_
To address these challenges, we developed SMARTSIGN, a digital signature product integrated with Singpass for easy and certified signatures. SMARTSIGN was also integrated with platforms like Board.vision to streamline AGMs, meetings, and disclosures, reducing the risk of delays and errors associated with manual processes. Additionally, SMARTSIGN contributed to the sustainability goals by reducing paper usage in traditionally paper-filled processes.
Result_
SMARTSIGN transformed the process of obtaining signatures and certifications for online documents. It improved efficiency, reduced delays and errors, and enhanced security and compliance. The integration with Singpass and other platforms ensured seamless operations and contributed to a greener, more sustainable approach to document management.

Leveraging design thinking, I led the development of SMARTSIGN, a cutting-edge digital signature solution that transforms document signing and certification processes. Integrated with Singpass and other platforms, SMARTSIGN enhances efficiency, minimises errors and delays, and promotes sustainability by reducing paper usage.
SMARTSIGN has transformed the way we manage signatures and digital certificates of online documents… It's easy to use, and secure and has significantly reduced the time and effort required for these processes. We're excited about the possibilities this product brings to our digital transformation journey.
